Fair Bluff Equestrian Services is an equine focused ranch with professional facilities, growing top quality Coastal Bermuda hay and raising superb young Paint Horse (APHA) performance prospects. In addition, we are a dealer for The Hay Hut, a revolutionary idea in horse hay feeders. We have been part of the equine industry for over 45 years and are very proud of our new location and the services we offer. The ranch is situated on over 50 lovely acres, nestled in an area of productive farmland near Fair Bluff, North Carolina - approximately 40 miles inland from the Atlantic Ocean, and directly on the NC/SC state line. We are conveniently located just 25 minutes east of I-95, 45 minutes from Myrtle Beach (SC), 45 minutes from Florence (SC), less than an hour from Wilmington (NC), and about two hours from Charleston (SC). The area is beautiful, open, and quiet, with plenty of wildlife and birds to observe. Please drop by and pay us a visit!! Our equine facility is professionally designed and provides the latest in comfort and efficiency for both the equine and human client. The open air design provides excellent circulation throughout the entire barn. There are sixteen 12 x 12 stalls with rubber floor mats, sliding doors, and an overhead fly system. There are two wash stalls mid-barn with hot and cold water, and hot/cold water is also available at both ends of the barn for ease and convenience. An office with full bath and kitchen facilities is part of the amenities. The pens and pastures are fenced using the finest horse-safe Centaur fencing, and with no common fence line between horses, providing for individual safety. There is a 150 x 240 arena, a 60 foot round pen, and miles of trails and dirt roads to investigate. The barn was designed with the professional horseman in mind. We use six of the sixteen stalls and the office, leaving up to 10 stalls available for lease to a discriminating horseperson seeking a first class operation for their equine activities. Fencing, Hay Huts, exterior of barns - early March 2011!
